Aries Job Hub
The job-management workspace for Aries Builders Limited.
Aries Job Hub helps our authorised office staff, builders and subcontractors organise building work and keep job information together.
It brings together scopes, schedules, documents, photographs, site notes and recorded hours. Authorised office users can also review job budgets and recorded costs.
Access for our team
Each person’s access depends on their role and assigned work. Site staff and subcontractors can access the jobs and documents made available to them. Office staff have additional administration features according to their permissions.
The Hub is for authorised users. This information page does not grant access to jobs or documents.
Google Drive storage
Our optional Google Drive connection allows an authorised administrator to connect the Google account nominated by Aries Builders.
Once connected, tested and enabled, the Hub can create job folders and copy job documents and photographs into Google Drive. It checks copied files against their originals.
During the current staged rollout, original files remain in the Hub alongside verified Drive copies. This is not a complete backup of the Hub’s job database.
The connection requests access to files used by the app, rather than unrestricted access to the entire Google Drive. Site staff do not need to connect their personal Google accounts for this feature.
