Welcome to our Room Construction Calculator! This tool is designed to provide you with quick and convenient estimations for your room construction needs. By simply entering the room dimensions, stud centers, and waste percentage, our calculator will give you an approximation of the materials required for constructing your room. This includes the floor area, ceiling area, wall area, and more.

How it Works:

 Room Dimensions: Begin by entering the room's length, width, and height.

Stud Centers: Specify the distance between the center of one stud to the center of the next.

 Nog Rows Calculation: Nogs, also referred to as dwangs, are horizontal braces placed between studs. The number of nog rows depends on the wall's height:

 - Up to 2.4 meters: 2 rows

 - Up to 3.2 meters: 3 rows

 - Over 3.2 meters: 4 rows



Waste Percentage: Add a waste percentage to account for excess material that might be needed due to cuts, errors, or other unexpected reasons.

Calculate: Once the above information is filled in, click on "Calculate" to receive your estimates.
